Buying an expensive watch online is scary considering the extensive network of scammers out there. I took every precaution I could before I purchased a Rolex from Igor at Diamond Source NYC. All said and done, Igor did everything he promised. He is honest, responsive and very respectful. Upon receipt of the watch it was exactly as described. Beautiful, unworn and 100% authentic. This guy can find anything you’re looking for. Thanks Igor.

Took a good amount of time to assess what I had and gave me top dollar matching and exceeding another estimate. They even allowed me to watch them count the cash given to me. I would come back to work with them again.

My overall experience in my first ever purchase of a luxury watch from Diamond Source NYC is nothing but a thrilling and exemplary experience. From inquiry to shipping, Igor has been outstanding in helping me from video inspection of the watch to next day shipping to my address. Most of all, I received a lovely watch, excellent like-new condition , excellent packing, and the watch itself is truly authentic complete with box and papers.

Igor is a good guy and has good business. If you want a watch this is the place to go to.. talked with multiple people to source a watch I wanted and he took care of me and was able to be competitive to everyone else’s prices. He is in it for the long term relationship opposed to trying to make the most off of someone initially. He’s earned a long term customer for life and will be getting every future watch from him. Look forward to growing the collection and having someone I know will not take advantage and will get me the best piece for the best price!
